OPEN ACCOUNT:

An account may be opened after approval in writing of three trade and one bank reference supplied by the customer. Although

every effort will be made to expedite inquiries, delays may be encountered due to the lack of timely response from references.

TERMS:

Terms for products represented by a sales agency are 2% 10 days or net due on the 30th. No orders will be shipped if your

account goes over 60 days. There is a $10.00 handling fee on all returned checks.

BACK ORDERS:

Out of stock items will be shipped when available unless the customer requests “No Back Orders”.

PLACING ORDERS:

We pride ourselves on same day shipping. The earlier you call, the better the chances are of having your order leave here the

same day.

All special orders will have a $5.00 handling charge and UPS fee.

NO RETURNS will be accepted on special ordered items.

FREIGHT:

1)

UPS ZONE #2 to #6

Freight will be prepaid on all STI packaged wire set orders of $750 or more.

For other products or other products mixed with STI wire sets, freight will be prepaid on all orders of $1500 or more.

2)

UPS ZONE #7 & #8

Freight will be prepaid on all STI packaged wire sets of $1000 or more. For other products or other products mixed

with STI wire sets, freight will be prepaid on all orders of $2000 or more.

SHIPPING CLAIMS:

All orders are verified and expertly packed before shipping. Check receipt of goods carefully and note damaged or missing

cartons on Bill of Lading or UPS Driver’s Delivery board. Damaged cartons must be retained by you for UPS inspection.

Without the damaged cartons, UPS will not honor the claim. Claims must be filed with the carrier within ten days.

We are not responsible after freight company accepts shipment from us, although we will assist you wherever

possible. In the event you feel you were shorted on an item, please call Karlyn IMMEDIATELY.

All claims for error must be made within five days receipt of goods.

RETURNS:

The return of defective merchandise will NOT be accepted without an authorized return number from Karlyn Industries Inc.

1)

STI WIRE SETS

a) Limited Warranty – The Warranty Claim form included with each STI wire set MUST BE completed in FULL with an

explanation of the problem. This must be included with the STI wire set and sent freight prepaid to Karlyn Industries Inc.

Upon inspection of the returned set and compliance of the Warranty, a replacement set or credit will be issued for the set(s) only.

b) New Parts – No merchandise will be accepted without an authorized return number from Karlyn Industries Inc. A list of items

requesting return must be faxed to Karlyn Industries before a return number will be issued. All items must be returned freight

prepaid within 30 days from date of the invoice. Items must be in original packing and in resalable condition. (Never Installed!)

Customers will be allowed an annual return not to exceed 3% of their previous years purchase. Credit will be issued at the

price it was purchased less a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be preapproved by Karlyn and an offsetting order

of equal amount must be placed in the same month as the return.

OTHER PARTS

The return of defective merchandise will NOT be accepted without an authorized return number from Karlyn Industries Inc.

Replacement, exchange or credit will be entirely at the discretion of Karlyn Industries Inc. NO LABOR REIMBURSED!

A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all NEW ITEMS, with the exception of Karlyn error.
